We are seeking a Materials & Logistics Coordinator to support our field technicians and project teams by ensuring the right materials are prepared accurately, on time, and ready for installation. This role is critical to our daily operations. The Materials & Logistics Coordinator acts as the bridge between purchasing, inventory, and the field, taking ownership of job materials, paperwork accuracy, and system readiness so our technicians can stay focused on delivering excellent work to our customers. Key Responsibilities Prepare complete and accurate job packets and materials for scheduled technician installs and service calls Pull, stage, and kit truck stock and job materials with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Set up and prepare fire alarm panels and related equipment so they are installation ready prior to delivery Receive, verify, and properly organize incoming materials from multiple shipping carriers Monitor inventory levels and proactively communicate shortages or replenishment needs to the Purchasing Agent Maintain clean, organized, and well-labeled inventory areas to support efficiency and accuracy Champion safety and organization in the warehouse Take ownership of materials accuracy ensuring technicians receive exactly what they need, when they need it This Is NOT a Traditional Warehouse Role This position is not focused on high-volume picking, packing, or general warehouse labor.
