Job Description

American Esoteric Laboratories (AEL) is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Clerk to support our Supply Chain, Logistics & Procurement team in a fast-paced healthcare laboratory setting. The Supply Clerk will receive, store, and distribute medical and laboratory supplies, maintain accurate inventory records, and help ensure critical materials are available to support patient testing and clinical operations. Working in AEL's inclusive and sustainability-focused culture, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, use inventory systems and basic Excel, follow safety and regulatory guidelines, and contribute to process improvements across the supply chain. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and store medical supplies and lab materials according to established procedures Pick, pack, and distribute supplies to internal departments to ensure uninterrupted lab and clinical operations Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS/ERP systems and perform regular cycle counts Monitor stock levels, track expiration dates, and follow FIFO practices to reduce waste and shortages Assist with purchase order processing, vendor returns, and discrepancy resolution Comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all storage and handling activities Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and laboratory staff to support efficient workflows Maintain a clean, organized storeroom and participate in continuous improvement initiatives Required Skills Inventory management Healthcare supply chain operations Warehouse management systems (WMS) Data entry and recordkeeping Cycle counting Purchase order processing Receiving and inspection of goods Stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) Basic Excel and ERP use Regulatory and safety compliance
