Join Real Alloy in Loudon, Tennessee Step into a pivotal role where your planning keeps production moving. As the Materials Scheduling & Logistics Coordinator, you'll ensure the right raw materials are in the right place at the right time—so melting and pouring stay on track. A day in the role Morning starts with the melt-and-pour plan. You'll review demand, verify what's coming in, and align inbound loads with production needs. As trucks arrive, you'll confirm receipts and direct distribution to operations so teams have exactly what they need, when they need it. Throughout the shift, you'll adjust schedules, manage exceptions, and coordinate closely with operations to maintain flow from raw material receipt through the melting and pouring process. What you'll do Build and maintain daily material schedules to keep production supplied on time. Coordinate the day-to-day of incoming loads, receipts, and distribution to operations. Plan and manage raw material flow through the melting and pouring process. Drive continuous improvement in scheduling, material handling, and flow. What you bring Industrial setting experience required. Prior metals experience preferred. A track record of continuous improvement in fast-paced operations.
