At Real Alloy in Loudon, Tennessee, we rely on a Raw Materials Flow Planner to synchronize materials with production demand and keep our melt and pour operations on schedule. Role focus Schedule materials so production has exactly what it needs, precisely when needed. Oversee the day-to-day cadence of inbound loads, verify receipts, and route materials to operations. Plan and manage raw materials through the melting and pouring stages. Lead and sustain continuous improvement measures that enhance flow and reliability. Location Loudon, Tennessee — Real Alloy Qualifications Industrial setting experience required. Prior metals experience preferred. Demonstrated capability with continuous improvement.
