Based on Experience About the Role We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Manager / Logistics Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. This hands-on position is responsible for managing incoming deliveries, organizing inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the warehouse remains clean and safe. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and able to work effectively with project manager, installation team, and delivery drivers. Responsibilities Greet delivery drivers and coordinate truck offloading. Receive and inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy and damage. Verify delivery tickets and paperwork against received products. Check in and process all delivery documentation. Organize and store products in the warehouse in a systematic manner. Tag and label incoming products with the correct project name for easy identification. Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization. Work closely with the Project Manager to pull and prepare products for scheduled jobs. Coordinate truck scheduling, deliveries, and other logistics activities. Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Follow company safety policies and procedures. Operate warehouse equipment as needed (forklift experience is a plus). Communicate effectively with vendors, delivery personnel, project manager, and team members. Qualifications Required Previous warehouse management, warehouse lead, or similar warehouse experience. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to safely lift and move 50+ pounds on a regular basis. Experience with receiving, inventory control, and shipping documentation. Valid driver's license. Reliable transportation. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with exposure to heat and cold temperatures. Preferred Forklift certification or forklift operating experience. Experience with truck scheduling, logistics coordination, and inventory systems.
