Job Description

NXP Semiconductors is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Demand Planning Intern to support our dynamic supply chain team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the semiconductor industry, contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of our demand forecasting processes.
Job Responsibilities:
Support demand planning activities by helping collect, organize, and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer forecasts. Assist in building forecasting models using traditional Statistics, Machine learning and AI techniques Develop KPIs and analytical tools to identify demand patterns, anomalies, risks, and opportunities. Learn and apply NXP's demand planning systems and software, with training and support from the team.
Job Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Master's or PHD degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Proactive, self-starter with a strong desire to learn and contribute. Experience with data science programming languages (Python, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) In order to be considered for a summer internship with NXP you must be returning to school or graduating at the conclusion of the internship term.
