Logistics Coordinator - Fuel Transportation & Dispatch Top Circle Inc. | Bryan, TX Top Circle Inc. is looking for a dependable, organized, and experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage daily fuel transportation dispatch operations. The primary responsibility is to ensure fuel loads are dispatched efficiently and delivered to gas stations within their scheduled delivery windows. Responsibilities Dispatch drivers and fuel loads based on routes, driver hours, delivery windows, and truck availability. Plan efficient routes to minimize unnecessary miles, deadhead, and fuel consumption. Monitor driver progress and adjust schedules when delays or issues arise. Communicate with gas stations regarding driver ETAs and proactively notify customers of delays. Coordinate with drivers, fuel terminals, and customers throughout the delivery process. Ensure drivers can complete assigned loads within their available hours and return trucks on time. Plan multiple loads efficiently based on pickup and delivery locations. Identify and resolve logistical issues before they result in late deliveries or customer complaints. Maintain accurate dispatch information and provide excellent customer service. Qualifications Previous dispatch, logistics, transportation, or fleet experience preferred. Fuel transportation experience is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of routes, travel times, and logistics. Must be dependable, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership of responsibilities. Computer and dispatch software experience preferred.
