Office-based role located within a warehouse supporting Shipping & Receiving operations. Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, manage dock appointments, and support the daily flow of warehouse operations. This position works closely with carriers, vendors, drivers, and warehouse personnel to ensure deliveries and pickups are scheduled efficiently. This is an entry-level operations support role for someone who is organized, adaptable, easy to train, and comfortable communicating with both internal warehouse staff and outside partners. Training will be provided on transportation terminology, dock procedures, trailer processes, and company systems. Duties and Responsibilities Other duties may be assigned. Schedule inbound and outbound truck appointments. Coordinate daily shipment schedules with carriers, vendors, drivers, buyers, and warehouse teams. Manage dock appointments and trailer traffic flow in and out of the warehouse. Track trailer status and match shipments to purchase orders (POs) and return authorizations (RAs). Track inbound and outbound shipments using Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and warehouse management systems. Communicate move instructions, shipment updates, delays, and scheduling changes to internal and external partners. Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, trailer, and scheduling records. Assist with shipping documentation, receiving administration, and other warehouse functions as needed. Qualifications Previous customer service or general office experience is required. Previous experience in logistics coordination, transportation, warehouse administration, shipping/receiving, dispatch, or inventory coordination is preferred but not required. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Basic proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, email, and calendar. Salesforce or warehouse management system experience is a plus. Ability to communicate professionally with warehouse staff, vendors, drivers, carriers, and other partners. Ability to follow written instructions accurately and relay information clearly. Adaptable, dependable, and willing to learn new processes and responsibilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse operations environment. Must be available for occasional overtime and Saturdays.
