Starting at $10.00 per hour Job Summary CWS is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Gate Attendant to join our team in Eagle Pass, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience in the transportation and logistics industry, specifically with access control, gate operations, and communication with drivers and warehouse personnel. This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service. Responsibilities Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures. Monitor and control access to the facility by receiving, verifying, and documenting incoming and outgoing traffic, including drivers and other visitors. Scan, rename, and organize receiving documents accurately. Perform daily trailer yard inventories and maintain accurate records. Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, dispatch, and office personnel. Resolve gate-related issues in a professional and timely manner. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in gate operations, transportation, logistics, warehouse, or a similar role. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Professional appearance and demeanor. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to remain firm, fair, and professional when interacting with drivers and visitors. Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented. Must be available to work rotating shifts and a flexible schedule. Education High School Diploma or GED required.
