We are growing rapidly and looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to lead and manage our freight and driver operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to keep trucks moving, and wants the opportunity to directly impact profitability while helping grow a regional freight network. What You'll Do Dispatch and support assigned asset drivers. Quote and book freight for trucks. Maximize utilization and keep drivers running loaded miles. Communicate with customers, brokers, and shippers to ensure reliable service. Source outside carriers when needed and negotiate rates. Monitor freight and driver performance using TMS/tracking tools. Ensure hazmat compliance. Identify operational issues and propose improvements. Provide excellent service to both drivers and customers. What We're Looking For 3+ years in dispatch, load planning, or operations with an asset-based carrier or brokerage hauling freight for profit. Strong knowledge of Southern freight lanes preferred. Excellent communication skills with drivers, customers, and carriers. Experience with TMS systems (McLeod, Ascend, or equivalent). Hazmat knowledge is a major benefit, though not required. Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a high-pressure environment.

Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:

$40,000 - $50,000 (depending on experience).
