POSITION
This position will be responsible for reviewing shipment materials before distributions, collaborating with transportation systems to ensure prompt shipment pick-ups and monitoring shipment costs and productivity processes.
LOCATION
The position is based at DrinkPAK's Texas Beverage Manufacturing Facility in Fort Worth, Texas.
TYPE:
Full Time; Hourly / Non-Exempt
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for scheduling outbound and inbound appointments Responsible for creating outbound orders in DrinkPAK's WMS and coordinating with the Forklift Drivers to ensure shipment accuracy and prioritization Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy Monitor each shipment to make sure outgoing packages are packed correctly and accurately Making special shipping arrangements as necessary Tracking and fixing shipping errors Preparing bill of ladings (BOLs) Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized Interacts and maintains positive relationships with all levels of leadership Accomplishes special projects and other assignments/duties as required by management Compliant to all safety rules and regulations, GMP's and all DrinkPak's policies and procedures Establishes and maintains high standards for quality, housekeeping and productivity Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job Please note this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma; Associate's Degree+ preferred Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Field or similar manufacturing / warehouse environment; 2+ years preferred Forklift Certification preferred Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred Strong project management, time management, organization, and communication skills Detail oriented and ability to problem solve and cross check documentation
