Role:
The Colligere Group LLC is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Logistics Associate to join our growing team in Frisco, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in keeping our supply chain and operations running smoothly. Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve logistics issues Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics data Track freight movements and provide status updates to relevant stakeholders Support supply chain operations by identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements Process shipping documentation, purchase orders, and logistics reports Assist with warehouse coordination and inventory management as needed
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, shipping, or a related field Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with logistics or ERP software is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, team-oriented attitude High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
