As a Food Truck Cashier, you'll be one of the first faces our guests interact with and an important part of their overall experience. You'll take orders, process payments, answer questions, and help keep service moving smoothly and efficiently. You'll work closely with the culinary team to ensure orders are accurate and delivered with care. Your friendly attitude, attention to detail, and ability to stay organized during busy periods will help create a fun and memorable guest experience. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous cashier, restaurant, food service, retail, or hospitality experience preferred. Basic math skills and ability to accurately handle cash and payments. Previous POS experience preferred; ability to quickly learn new technology. Strong communication, guest service, and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Ability to remain friendly and professional during high-volume service. Ability to work effectively as part of a small, team-oriented operation. Ability to follow cash-handling, food safety, sanitation, and company procedures. Work Environment and Physical Requirements Active position requiring extended periods of standing and walking. Ability to work in an outdoor food truck environment with varying temperatures and weather conditions. Ability to frequently use hands and fingers to operate POS equipment, handle cash, and stock supplies. Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds. Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and move supplies as needed. Ability to maintain an active pace during busy service periods. Ability to safely work and move within a confined food truck workspace. Must maintain a clean, organized, and professional service area. Here's the
