Job Description

DJ eShop is seeking a reliable, organized, and truly bilingual Front Desk Coordinator to support our professional audio repair, retail, and logistics operations. This is not a basic receptionist position. This is a hands-on coordination role requiring someone who can communicate confidently with customers in both English and Spanish , learn procedures quickly, remember assigned tasks, maintain accurate records, follow up with customers, and manage multiple responsibilities throughout the day. Fluent conversational Spanish is required and will be evaluated during the interview process. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in English and Spanish Answer incoming calls and make outbound customer follow-up calls Receive professional audio/DJ equipment for repair Accurately document equipment, customer information, reported problems, and accessories received Create and maintain repair/service records Communicate repair status, estimates, approvals, and pickup information Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, and management Process payments, invoices, and POS transactions Receive and prepare UPS/FedEx shipments Track incoming and outgoing packages Maintain organized customer and repair records Follow up on pending repairs and customer approvals without repeated reminders Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk Learn basic information about DJ, professional audio, lighting, and electronic equipment Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned by management Required Qualifications Fluent conversational English and Spanish Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service, front desk, administrative, service coordination, or office experience Strong organizational and follow-up skills Professional phone and in-person communication Ability to learn and remember procedures Ability to take accurate notes and follow written instructions Comfortable handling multiple tasks and priorities Reliable attendance and punctuality Basic computer skills Experience with POS, invoicing, QuickBooks, or similar systems Preferred Qualifications Professional audio, DJ equipment, electronics, lighting, or technical-service experience Repair/service center experience QuickBooks experience UPS/FedEx shipping and receiving experience Inventory or merchandise receiving experience
Schedule Monday-Friday:
10:00 AM-6:00
PM Saturday:
10:00 AM-3:00 PM Schedule may be adjusted based on business and operational needs. Selected candidates will complete a short interview assessment that may include: Conversation in English and Spanish Customer-service scenario Sample repair intake Organization/prioritization exercise Questions regarding POS, invoicing, shipping, and administrative experience We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, learns quickly, follows through on assigned tasks, and can work independently after training.
Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
