Job Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Planner to optimize production schedules and coordinate cross-functional operations in our drilling services division. You'll be the critical link ensuring seamless workflow from order intake to delivery. Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage new orders through established protocols and maintain accurate date tracking
  • Update pick, production, and ship dates based on production meeting outcomes
  • Generate work orders and coordinate with production, workshop, purchasing, and machine shop teams
  • Monitor priority orders and provide daily status updates to buyers and planners
  • Liaise with vendors on critical purchase order items
  • Support planning supervisor/manager and manufacturing manager with additional projects as needed Skills / Education
  • 1-3 years of planning/scheduling experience in an MRP-driven manufacturing environment
  • College degree in business or technical discipline
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
  • Proven ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams
  • Solid understanding of Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel #LI-KP1
