Full Job Description Customer Accounts & Order-to-Cash Coordinator Where:

When:
10:30 AM•7:30 PM Is this you? Do you enjoy keeping orders spotless in an ERP and making sure nothing falls through the cracks? Are you great at answering customer questions—fast, friendly, and accurate? Can you partner with production and logistics to hit delivery targets? Are you comfortable sending courteous reminders on overdue balances? What you'll handle Customer inquiries by phone and email—status checks, shipping updates, inventory availability. Order entry, returns, and adjustments within ERP/order platforms. Cross-team coordination with sales, production, and logistics to meet delivery goals. Professional issue resolution and documentation.
Sales support:
quotes and product information. Must-haves 1-4 years of customer service experience (manufacturing/distribution preferred). ERP familiarity—SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite experience is a plus. Comfort with Microsoft Office. High school diploma required; Associate's preferred. Bonus points Bilingual English/Spanish. Experience with logistics or technical product lines. Tools and strengths
