What you'll do: Answer customer calls and assist with questions Track shipments and provide delivery updates Enter orders and shipment information accurately Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal teams Handle daily administrative and data-entry tasks Help resolve customer issues quickly and professionally What we're looking for: Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong attention to detail Reliable, organized, and able to multitask Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Computer proficiency and accurate data entry Transportation/logistics experience is a plus!
