Responsibilities The Workplace Technical PC Fixed Asset Specialist position will perform various computer technical tasks, including shipping & receiving, office operations duties, and heavy lifting.

Additional responsibilities include:

Maintain oversight and accountability of assets ensuring customer needs are met regarding on-time delivery of services & quality of work Conduct and maintain an accurate inventory checklist of equipment assets Daily upkeep operational storage room/warehouse ensuring it is cleaned and organized at all times Monitor and control authorized access for individuals entering operational storeage room/warehouse area Place supply order requests to replenish assets and consumables inventory for storage room/warehouse area Maintain excellent & efficient written and oral communications with clients and management, ensuring prompt responses & follow-ups on all communications Verify receipt of all controlled shipments & assets and ensure they meet required specifications and purchase order requests Qualifications The Workplace Technical PC Fixed Asset Specialist position must be detailed oriented and process driven with a background & focus in computer technology, customer service, willing to train and be ready to grow in their professional career.

Additional qualifications include:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required Minimum 2
