Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the supply chain process, ensuring efficient logistics operations, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. This role requires a combination of analytical skills and practical experience in logistics management to support our operational goals. ■ Must be able to work Monday-Friday 10am-630pm., with occasional weekends and overtime as needed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
■ Prepare and review Fleet/load/shipment planning (import and export) documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin, to ensure accuracy and compliance with international trade regulations. ■ Assists other Coordinators with daily activities as needed ■ Assists with

■ Perform effective communication with customers, vendors and co-workers through a high volume of e-mails, phone calls and verbal contact or through facility visits ■ Ensure that all emails and phone inquiries from customers are answered within 2 hours of receipt ■ Handle all assigned accounts efficiently. ■ Ensure that job-breakdowns, work instructions, SOPs and regulations are followed ■ Performs Data Entry, updating logistics data. ■ Performs Freight Audit and Bill Pay preparation. ■ Conducts Shipment tracking & troubleshoot and resolve package delays ■ Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
■ 2 years of relevant work experience as Logistics Account Coordinator in related industry field, i.e. freight forwarding, packing, warehousing, logistics, transportation, etc. ■ Knowledge or experience with hazardous materials a plus ■ Experience with international trade and/or freight forwarding experience a plus ■ Experience with Microsoft Office; basic Excel required ■ Advance Data Entry background preferred ■
SAP EXPERIENCE
■ Must be able to work in fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects and tasks during the workday ■ High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
