The Pickle Juice Company is a rapidly growing functional beverage brand backed by private equity investors and expanding across retail, sports, and performance channels. Our product is the only beverage clinically proven to stop muscle cramps, and demand continues to accelerate nationwide. As we scale the business, we're looking for a Logistics Coordinator who can help strengthen and scale our supply chain environment. This role is based at our Mesquite, Texas production facility. The Opportunity The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for all stages of supply chain including : Selecting carriers and researching shipping methods Organizing storage and building orders. You are responsible for controlling the flow of incoming materials and outgoing finished products to ensure customers receive product on time. This position is an integral part of the logistics team, working together with multiple departments, as well as working with warehouse staff. This is a fast-paced work environment, and candidates should be prepared to operate forklift machinery and occasionally assist with warehouse and production needs. 1-3 years of previous Logistics experience is required. What You'll Own Plan and monitor inbound and outbound shipments Daily fulfillment of B2C orders Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, delivery receipts, and related records. Update transportation, inventory, and order management systems with accurate shipment information. Communicate shipment status, exceptions, and delivery updates to customer service, sales teams, warehouse staff, and management. Support freight cost control by reviewing carrier rates, identifying route efficiencies, and flagging billing discrepancies. Help with cycle counting and inventory activities. Manage logistics data reporting, data entry, and filing systems. Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and applicable transportation regulations. Assist with warehouse, logistics, and production projects when needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, customer service, or supply chain coordination required. Solid understanding of logistics and applicable software, not all required but a familiarity with most: ShipStation, Shopify, Worldwide Express, Loadproof, and Quickbooks Order management Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Solid understanding of supply chain, inventory, and distribution principles. Outstanding analytical, problem solving, and organizational abilities Able to work independently and handle multiple projects Able to act decisively to raise flags of potential problems as they arise Excellent communication skills Forklift-certified preferred but not required Experience working with freight carriers, LTL, FTL, parcel, or third-party logistics providers. Knowledge of shipping documentation, freight claims, carrier portals, and route optimization. Ability to analyze logistics data and recommend process improvements. Comfortable working cross-functionally with warehouse, sales, purchasing, customer service, and operations teams.
Physical Demands:
Be able to work in regular conditions for a non-climate-controlled warehouse Be able to lift and carry at least 50lb occasionally. Standing and walking; bend/stoop, twist neck and torso, reach, hold, grasp, pull, lift and carry.
