This role acts as a key liaison between drivers, dispatch, and management to maintain service excellence and operational efficiency.
Key duties:
Route & Schedule Coordination:
Assist with planning and assigning delivery routes to ensure timely service.
Compliance & Documentation:
Maintain accurate DOT records, driver logs, and vehicle inspection reports.
Communication Hub:
Act as the main contact for drivers and dispatch, resolving delivery issues promptly.
Reporting:
Generate and distribute transportation performance and cost reports.
Administrative Tasks:
Manage billing paperwork, fuel card tracking, and other operational documentation.
Safety Support:
Help implement safety programs and monitor adherence to FMCSA and company standards.
