Detailed Description:
Use Oracle and spreadsheets to track maintenance performed on equipment
PM Inspection sheets
Registration/inspections
Assign new registrations/inspections as necessary
Associate or disassociate equipment tied to assets, including asset hours measurement
Run monthly reports to ensure all registrations/inspections are up to date
Build and maintain maintenance files including repair invoices, DVIRs, and equipment transfer files from different districts
Review all files and documents to ensure DOT compliance
Purge select files in accordance with the 18-month cycle
Compile and prepare files for random DOT audits
Maintain an orderly and clean work area
Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with time management and multi-tasking abilities
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
1+ years of clerical related work experience
Proficiency in the use of computers and Microsoft Office, especially Excel spreadsheets
Must have and maintain valid state-issued driver's license, be eligible to drive a Company vehicle and meet the requirements of the Company's vehicle program, policy and/or guidelines
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of clerical related work experience
Working Conditions:
Work is primarily in a climate controlled / office environment with minimal safety / health hazard potential. The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, or walk with occasional lifting (overhead, waist level) from floor, bending and frequent near vision use for reading and use of computer, telephone and other office equipment.
