11 days on / 3 days off Job Summary The TLM Production Planner is responsible for planning and coordinating equipment maintenance activities to ensure assets are available on time and meet operational requirements. This role supports equipment reliability, utilization, and efficiency while helping reduce the overall cost of service delivery. The Production Planner works closely with Maintenance Managers, Supervisors, Asset Coordinators, Stores, CMMS personnel, and Yard Crew to prioritize equipment, coordinate repairs, manage work orders, and ensure maintenance activities are completed efficiently. Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate maintenance activities for the assigned location. Confirm equipment maintenance priorities with the TLM Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, and Asset Coordinator. Manage the equipment receiving process and assess incoming equipment for maintenance requirements. Identify equipment deficiencies and create Shop Failure or Deficiency Reports. Open repair work orders and accurately document equipment scheduled for service. Organize equipment into appropriate maintenance queues, including washing, test pits, and repair bays. Coordinate with Stores to ensure required materials and supplies are delivered to workstations. Monitor maintenance priorities and help ensure work is completed on schedule. Supervise CMMS Clerks when applicable. Supervise Yard Crew activities, including equipment washing and movement/driving, when applicable. Assist with asset counting and equipment list management. Maintain accurate equipment and maintenance records. Support Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), LEAN, and continuous improvement initiatives. Communicate effectively with maintenance and operations teams to keep equipment moving through the maintenance process. Required Experience 2-3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Asset Maintenance and Sustaining Inventory Management and Distribution Maintenance Processes and Workflows Equipment Planning or Maintenance Coordination Must-Have Skills Microsoft Office skills Inventory management skills Strong attention to detail Basic math skills Team-oriented and collaborative approach Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to prioritize multiple maintenance activities
Pay:
