Job Summary We are hiring a TLM Production Planner to support equipment maintenance, inventory, and asset management operations. This position will coordinate maintenance activities, manage equipment receiving and repair workflows, and ensure equipment is properly prioritized and available for operational needs. Responsibilities Plan and coordinate equipment maintenance activities. Receive and inspect incoming equipment and identify maintenance requirements. Create deficiency/failure reports and open repair work orders. Track equipment through maintenance, washing, testing, and repair queues. Coordinate with Stores to ensure materials and supplies are available. Maintain accurate equipment and maintenance records in the CMMS. Assist with asset counts and equipment list management. Coordinate with Maintenance, Supervisors, Asset Coordinators, and Yard teams. Support HSE, LEAN, and continuous improvement initiatives. Supervise CMMS Clerks and Yard Crew when applicable. Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in production planning, equipment maintenance, asset management, inventory management, or a related field. Experience with maintenance processes and workflows. Experience with inventory management and distribution. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic math skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. AB01
