$25.00 - $28.00 per hour Move It, Track It, Own It. Your Next Gig Starts Here Education Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Additional education or training in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or shipping and receiving is beneficial. Fluency in Korean and English is required. Experience Requirements Previous experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, warehouse operations, customer service, or administrative coordination preferred. Ability to coordinate shipping and receiving activities, dispatch shipments, and communicate priorities with customers and internal teams. Strong data entry and computer skills with the ability to maintain accurate shipping and logistics records. Excellent Korean and English verbal and written communication skills. Ability to serve as a professional liaison between customers, vendors, and company teams. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Professional appearance, positive attitude, reliability, and strong customer service skills required. Physical Capabilities Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced manufacturing and shipping environment for extended periods. Ability to regularly walk throughout a production and warehouse facility. Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and move between shipping, receiving, office, and production areas as needed. Ability to safely navigate an industrial work environment while following all facility safety procedures. Ability to occasionally travel between facilities in Taylor and Manor, Texas. Job Duties Coordinate shipping and receiving operations onsite, including dispatch activities and communication of shipment priorities. Serve as the primary Korean-English liaison between CINOS America and Samsung staff at the Samsung facility in Taylor, Texas. Communicate shipping schedules, priorities, updates, and operational information accurately between customer and company teams. Enter and maintain shipping, receiving, and logistics information in company systems and databases. Respond to customer questions and requests professionally while providing timely updates and support. Monitor shipping activities and help resolve routine logistics or delivery issues as they arise. Build positive working relationships with customer personnel and represent the company professionally onsite. Work independently and manage daily responsibilities with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and follow-through. Occasionally travel to the CINOS production site in Manor, Texas, approximately 20 minutes from the Samsung facility. Work approximately 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, primarily onsite at the Samsung facility in Taylor, Texas.
