San Antonio, TX Job Details Full-time $18 - $22 an hour 18 hours ago Benefits Employee discount Qualifications Computer operation Driver's License Driving Organizational skills Warehouse experience Full Job Description Job Summary American Air Conditioning & Heating is seeking an organized, dependable, and motivated HVAC Inventory Manager & Logistics Coordinator to oversee our shop inventory, purchasing workflow, and daily material logistics. This position plays an important role in keeping our service and installation teams productive. You will help make sure technicians have the correct parts and materials, purchase orders are properly tracked, inventory stays accurate, and the shop remains organized and ready for daily operations. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, stays organized, and wants to grow with the company. Pay $18.00 to $22.00 per hour Approximately 30 to 40 hours per week $18.00/hour starting pay for candidates with general shop, warehouse, or parts experience. ServiceTitan training will be provided. $20.00 to $22.00/hour for candidates with proven ServiceTitan inventory, purchasing, and purchase order experience. Key Responsibilities Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate stock counts using ServiceTitan. Create, track, receive, and reconcile purchase orders. Issue parts and materials to the correct service or installation jobs. Perform routine inventory counts and identify shortages, overstock, and inventory discrepancies. Organize and stage service and installation materials so technicians are prepared and dispatched on time each morning. Make local supply house runs for parts and materials needed for active jobs. Additional support is provided during peak summer periods to help keep inventory operations on track. Receive deliveries and verify materials against purchase orders and vendor invoices. Coordinate vendor returns, warranty parts, credits, and defective materials. Work with suppliers to maintain pricing and identify opportunities for volume discounts and better purchasing terms. Maintain an organized parts room, warehouse, and shop. Help establish clear locations, labeling, minimum stock levels, and reorder points for commonly used materials. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Qualifications 1+ years of warehouse, inventory control, purchasing, parts counter, or similar experience preferred. Previous experience working with HVAC parts, sheet metal, ductwork, HVAC supply houses, or HVAC-related materials is strongly preferred. Familiarity with common HVAC equipment, fittings, parts, and materials will help you succeed in this role. ServiceTitan experience is a major plus, especially experience with inventory and purchase orders. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of inventory accuracy. Basic computer and data-entry skills. Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record for local supply house runs. Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Ability to operate basic warehouse and shop equipment. What Success Looks Like The right person keeps our technicians moving.
