This role is responsible for order fulfillment, inventory monitoring, route planning, scheduling, and customer communication. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accurate and timely deliveries. Key Responsibilities Order Management & Fulfillment Accurately receive and enter customer orders into the system. Coordinate and dispatch deliveries based on customer priorities, delivery schedules, and available resources. Inventory Monitoring Monitor inventory levels of auto-fill tanks and other stock points to ensure timely replenishment and prevent service disruptions. Routing & Scheduling Plan and optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce transportation costs. Work closely with OPS transportation team to ensure dispatch schedules are met. Customer Communication Communicate delivery schedules, and potential delays. Respond promptly to delivery and logistics issues and work to resolve problems efficiently. Data Management & Reporting Maintain accurate records of customer orders, inventory levels, and completed deliveries for tracking, reporting, and audit purposes. Review delivery patterns and routes to identify opportunities for improvement. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline logistics processes and improve operational efficiency. Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact deliveries or customer satisfaction. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation coordination, or a related field. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Experience with logistics software, routing tools, and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency and accountability. Experience 2yrs in fuel industry or dispatch operations mandatory. Work Environment & Schedule Full-time position. Schedule TBD On-site or hybrid based on company policy. Occasional extended hours may be required during peak periods or emergencies.
