Role Overview We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Operations & Fulfillment Associate to support our hardware and operations team. This hands-on, onsite role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, logistics, technology, and working in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Prepare, configure, package, and ship POS hardware and accessories. Receive, organize, and track inventory and company assets. Assist with hardware purchasing, vendor coordination, and inventory audits. Coordinate returns, repairs, warranty replacements, and RMAs. Stage hardware for customer deployments and internal projects. Support trade shows, customer events, and marketing asset logistics. Perform hardware testing, quality checks, and basic setup. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, Marketing, and Implementation teams. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable working with technology hardware. Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented. Basic computer skills required. Previous fulfillment, warehouse, inventory, or operations experience is a plus. Physical & Travel Requirements Ability to lift and move equipment and boxes up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the day. Travel up to 10-20% for trade shows, events, and company initiatives.
