This position is ideal for someone interested in purchasing, material coordination, and supporting complex construction projects in a fast-paced fabrication environment. This position will help ensure that materials and documentation are accurate, organized and delivered on schedule. Typical Responsibilities Assemble, track, and communicate updates to Engineering drawings Creation of material takeoffs, material breakdowns and other documentation for the procurement process Monitor progress of deliverables to be sure we are on track to meet client expectations Coordinate with fabrication and purchasing on status of material shipments Maintain all documentation related to material certifications, packing lists and mill test reports Work in various software systems, including but not limited to: CRM, Clickup, Egnyte & Microsoft Office Desired Skills & Experience 2+ years of experience in a production or construction environment is preferred Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Interest in learning about the construction industry, to include terminology & contract drawings Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization Problem-solving & critical thinking skills, along with the confidence to make decisions independently Must possess the following skills: organization, time-management, detail-oriented mindset and creativity
