Job Summary We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Logistics Clerk I team members to join our warehouse operations on both morning (AM) and afternoon (PM) shifts. In this vital role, you will support efficient warehouse distribution by managing shipping and receiving tasks, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment processes. Responsibilities Accurately process inbound and outbound shipments using warehouse management systems and RF scanners Assist with order picking, packing, and staging to ensure timely order fulfillment Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts following safety protocols Maintain precise inventory records through data entry into inventory management software and ERP systems like AS400 or MRP systems Support shipping logistics by preparing packages, labeling, and coordinating with carriers for timely pickups Conduct stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory audits to ensure accuracy Collaborate with team members to load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety standards Skills Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory management software Strong knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures and logistics operations Experience with order picking & packing, RF scanners, pallet jacks, and forklift operation (certification preferred) Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments Excellent data entry skills coupled with customer service orientation Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes, trade compliance, international trade regulations, and MRP systems Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail Join our team as a Logistics Clerk I to be part of a forward-thinking company that values operational excellence!
