Back Fabrication Design Coordinator Light Industrial West Valley City , UT temp to hire Aug 14, 2026 Fabrication Design Coordinator The Fabrication Design Coordinator serves as the key link between Fabrication, Production, Customer Service, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring the timely delivery of materials and custom prosthetic/orthotic products. This position helps streamline processes, manage orders, resolve delays, and maintain quality standards throughout production. Responsibilities Coordinate with Fabrication, Production, Customer Service, suppliers, and other stakeholders Track orders and materials to ensure timely delivery Help identify and resolve production or order delays Maintain accurate information throughout the production process Support communication between departments Help maintain quality standards for custom prosthetic and orthotic products Monitor and follow up on orders and materials Utilize computer systems and order-tracking tools Maintain organized records and documentation Participate in process improvements and required training Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable using computers and learning new software programs Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Ability to communicate effectively with multiple departments and stakeholders Inventory management or order-tracking experience preferred Manufacturing or production experience is a plus Prosthetic or orthotic industry experience is preferred but not required Must be comfortable learning company-specific systems and processes Apply Now Share This Post
