Job Description

PrideStaff is working with a family-owned business that provides commercial facility maintenance services, to hire a S5 Logistics Technician! This position is in a data center setting and would be great for someone who is looking to transition into the field. Lastly, the position allows for free breakfast and lunches on site! Apply today!
Location:
Bristow, VA Schedule:
Mon-Fri 7:00A-3:30 PM (30 minute lunch)
Compensation:
$24.00-$25.00 hourly
DOE Key Duties:
Participate in sorting tools and removing the ones no longer needed to upkeep the working station Coordinate with Vendors on preventative maintenance on tools used in the center Use Pallet Jacks to move inventory Participate in building metal racks Organize tools for easy access and efficient use of time. Clean and asses tools to be sure they are ready for use Establish and manage tool control systems (e.g., shadow boards). Conduct tool inventories and track usage. Recommend and implement tool management enhancements.
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, or logistical tools or work. prior experience in a Data Center settings is a plus Energetic and ready to work Self starter mentality Great interpersonal skills
Preferred:
OSHA 10-hour general industry certification, NFPA 70E training, CPR/AED/First Aid, BBP, and fire extinguisher training. Company will reimburse for required training if not already obtained, contingent on successful completion. 5S Method knowledge is a plus Benefits of working with
