The successful candidate will provide acquisition planning, program support, and coordination across the procurement lifecycle to help deliver critical mission capabilities. Responsibilities
  • Support acquisition planning, strategy development, and execution.
  • Develop acquisition documentation, requirements packages, and procurement requests.
  • Coordinate with contracting officers, program managers, technical teams, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and assist with acquisition strategy recommendations.
  • Track acquisition milestones, schedules, risks, and contract actions.
  • Support source selections, proposal evaluations, and vendor engagements.
  • Prepare executive briefings, reports, and decision-support materials.
  • Ensure compliance with federal acquisition regulations and Customer policies.
  • Assist with budget planning, funding documentation, and program execution activities. Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Acquisition Management, Finance, Engineering, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of federal acquisition, procurement, or program support experience.
  • Knowledge of FAR and federal acquisition processes.
  • Experience supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, or other federal programs.
  • Strong written, verbal, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI eligibility. Desired Skills
  • DAWIA, FAC-C, PMP, or related certification.
  • Experience supporting space, intelligence, cyber, or advanced technology programs.
  • Familiarity with source selections, IDIQ contracts, and OTA-based acquisitions.
  • Experience preparing executive-level communications and briefings.
