Sunday through Thursday 9:00am until 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
Break down, inspect, clean, and refurbish World Courier multi-use packaging for reuse in accordance with operational and quality standards Review pickup reports in TMS and reserve the appropriate packaging for scheduled client pickups Condition PCMs in walk-in coolers, refrigerators, and freezers to support temperature-controlled shipment requirements Download and process temperature monitor results in Coldstream and FileBound Follow up with clients regarding return supplies, create return jobs in the system, and coordinate return pickups with clients Monitor packaging inventory on a daily basis to ensure adequate stock levels of packaging supplies, temperature-control materials, and related supplies Order packaging supplies for low-stock items and coordinate the shipment of overstock supplies to other stations or locations as needed Load and unload trucks using a forklift while following safety procedures Support warehouse organization and ensure packaging materials are stored properly and are readily available for operations Maintain accurate records related to packaging inventory, monitor downloads, and return activities Work closely with Operations and Dispatch to support shipment readiness and service execution Follow applicable SOPs, work instructions, safety requirements, and GDP/quality standards
Education:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
Experience :
2+ years of experience in logistics coordination, transportation operations, customer care, supply chain support, or a related field required. Certification in dangerous goods handling, cold chain logistics, forklift operation, licensure in commercial vehicle operation appropriate for assigned vehicle class and transported materials or equivalent preferred.
