Job Description

We are seeking an Equipment/Material Coordinator II to join our Leesburg EMT team. This is a key role responsible for supporting purchasing, billing, inventory, and order fulfillment while helping ensure equipment and materials are available when and where they are needed. This position is intended for someone who wants to take ownership, solve problems, and grow. The right candidate will be a self-starter who is organized, curious, independently motivated, and driven to continuously improve how work gets done. This role offers strong potential for increased responsibility and future advancement. Responsibilities Supports purchasing of equipment, materials, tools, and supplies Processes orders, billing, and related documentation accurately and timely Receives, stocks, organizes, and maintains materials and inventory Pulls and prepares equipment and materials to support operational and project needs Monitors inventory levels and assists with replenishment and inventory control Coordinates with vendors, co-workers, and internal customers to resolve order and material needs Maintains accurate purchasing, billing, order, and inventory records Identifies issues, researches solutions, and follows problems through to resolution Helps improve processes related to purchasing, inventory, material handling, and order fulfillment Supports the overall organization, efficiency, and daily operations of the Leesburg EMT department Takes increasing ownership and leadership responsibility as knowledge and experience grow Requirements High School diploma or equivalent; minimum of two (2) years related experience (and/or training) Proficient with Microsoft software programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Familiarity with industry jargon Experience in equipment, materials, purchasing, inventory, logistics, construction, warehousing, or a related field preferred Bi-lingual skills are preferred Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and work independently Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to investigate issues and find solutions Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively while taking ownership of assigned responsibilities
EOE Disability/Veterans Pay:
$24.00 - $29.00 per hour
