Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Door Detailer/Logistics Specialist to join a dynamic door frame/door manufacturing team within the office. This role is essential in managing the accurate preparation, organization, and coordination of door components and related logistics activities. Duties Prepare and verify door components for shipment, ensuring all items meet quality standards and customer specifications. Coordinate with warehouse teams to load and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment safely and efficiently. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory management software to track stock levels, update records, and manage order processing. Conduct accurate data entry related to shipping & receiving, order picking, packing, and inventory updates using RF scanners and AS400 systems. Assist in organizing warehouse distribution tasks, including stocking, order picking, packing, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. Monitor shipping logistics to ensure compliance with international trade regulations and trade compliance standards. Collaborate with customer service teams to address inquiries related to order status, delivery schedules, or inventory issues. Maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and inventory movements for audit purposes. Support warehouse operations by participating in stock management activities such as cycle counts and inventory reconciliation. Follow safety protocols during load & unload activities to prevent accidents or damage. Qualifications Prior experience in warehouse operations or logistics roles is highly preferred. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, ERP systems (such as AS400), and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with shipping logistics, international trade regulations, trade compliance procedures, and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment is desirable. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail in data entry and record keeping. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration within a diverse team environment. Knowledge of e-commerce packaging requirements and order picker procedures is a plus.
