Job Description
We are looking for a dependable and motivated Distribution Associate to join our team. In this role, you will help receive, organize, pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment. You will work with other team members to ensure orders are processed accurately, safely, and on time. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift. Previous warehouse or distribution experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided. Responsibilities Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments Pick and pack customer orders accurately Prepare products for shipping and distribution Label packages and verify shipping information Sort, organize, and store inventory in assigned locations Use handheld scanners or warehouse management systems Maintain accurate inventory and order records Load and unload trucks when required Report damaged, missing, or incorrect products Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards Follow company procedures and workplace safety requirements Work with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals Perform other warehouse and distribution duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment experience is a plus Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and accuracy Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer or handheld scanner skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus but not required Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures Ability to safely perform physical duties throughout the scheduled shift
