A Typical Day You start with a quick equipment check, review real-time assignments in our proprietary T3 platform, and head out. Throughout the day, you'll coordinate with branch and customer teams, position your lowboy/Landoll exactly where it needs to be, and document each stop so the next project can start on time. Schedule Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM Overtime pay after 40 hours Subject to on-call scheduling with additional compensation What You'll Handle Operate trucks and trailers in compliance with all state and federal transportation laws and safety regulations Move heavy equipment and materials safely, on schedule, and along assigned routes while adhering to traffic laws Skillfully position tractor and trailer for loading/unloading and follow ground crew hand signals Load and offload equipment (using appropriate specialized gear when needed); return skids and gear to designated areas Maintain accurate paperwork, including signed invoices and bills of lading; submit documentation upon route completion Perform routine service checks (oil, water, fuel, air) and report issues to the Shipping Supervisor Rearrange trailers in the yard to achieve efficient loading patterns Pitch in with additional tasks as assigned Why Drivers Choose EquipmentShare Technology that works for you: our proprietary T3 platform gives real-time access to fleet locations, work orders and delivery details People-first culture: a team that values grit, humility and service
