06 Months (Extendable) Job Description Client is hiring Logistics Coordinators to provide end-to-end logistics operations support for inbound and outbound material movement, finished-product delivery and all associated operational workload across a global supplier base. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will work from a 24/7 operations center managing international and domestic shipments, customs and brokerage coordination, exception management, and shipment documentation. This is a shift-based role requiring flexibility to work across rotating shifts, and all hires will cross-train to ensure seamless coverage across the operation. The Coordinator's primary responsibilities include shipment booking, tracking, and documentation maintenance. They update tracking sheets and monitor shipment progress throughout the logistics network. Basic Qualifications 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, or transportation operations Flexibility and willingness to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 operations center, including overnight, weekend, and holiday coverage Working knowledge of international shipping processes, including customs documentation, Incoterms, and brokerage coordination Proficiency with transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), or equivalent logistics platforms Strong attention to detail with experience maintaining tracking sheets, documentation, and shipment records Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with suppliers, carriers, brokers, and internal stakeholders across multiple time zones Ability to read and comprehend standard operating procedures and geographical/transportation maps Preferred Qualifications Experience with customs brokerage, import/export compliance, or licensed customs broker (LCB) credentials Background in manufacturing or hardware logistics environments Experience managing third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and carrier performance Familiarity with Client internal tools and systems Experience with data analysis, dashboard creation, or Jira-based project tracking Demonstrated ability to manage special projects or process improvement initiatives beyond core responsibilities Proficiency in Mandarin or other languages relevant to international supplier communication is a plus

Pay:

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
