Redmond, Washington (Onsite)

COMPENSATION

$22 - $29 HOURLY Role OverviewWe are seeking an Inventory Planner for a 2nd shift role, working Wednesday through Saturday from 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM. This position requires strong execution of data and processes. The successful candidate will operate from a company-wide perspective, assisting in data accuracy to ensure all tools and processes function as expected. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in maintaining data accuracy so all tools and processes function as expected.



Manage inbound shipments, including PO tracking and maintenance, fill rates, operational issues, and vendor communications.



Analyze inventory position and SKU performance to determine inventory needs.



Execute tasks using a variety of purchase order, in-stock, and vendor-related systems and reports.



Physically move and expedite materials when required to support production and meet work order completion schedules.



Verify all materials are packaged, bagged, and tagged for handoff to the production floor.



Use proprietary software and ERP systems to virtually complete warehouse tasks and movement of parts.



Document system issues, process flaws, and inefficiencies.



Communicate with quality control, purchasing, and other related departments to resolve problems.



Operate equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and hand carts.

Required QualificationsEducation:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

2+ years of supply chain, inventory management, or project management experience, or a Bachelor's degree. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of relevant experience as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer.

Technical Skills:

Experience with MS Office Professional Suite, including Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 8 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, all with or without reasonable accommodation. Preferred Qualifications2+ years in supply chain, operations, warehousing, inventory control, or related experience.2+ years of experience using MS Excel, with the ability to navigate and interpret data.
