The Delivery Coordinator helps to manage the success of our operation in a high-volume home delivery environment. To be successful, the coordinator must maintain strong customer, colleague, and vendor relationships, and have a strong knowledge of safety protocols and proper delivery procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating and supporting deliveries from beginning to end, serving as the expert for answering questions and solving problems related to deliveries. Routing and assigning daily routes within Dispatch Track for each delivery team. Tracking and ensuring merchandise is accurately accounted for, handled, and delivered. Daily and weekly collection of operational data and performance report assessments. Building relationships and establish effective communication with customers, clients, and staff to ensure continued and expanding operating improvements. Employment Type & Hours:

High School Diploma/Equivalent. 5-8 years' job-related experience and/or a combination of both education and experience are required. Effective problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills. Experience in Logistics/In-Home Delivery/ a plus. Knowledge of DOT regulations preferred. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients, and other outside organizations.
