Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Office Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level candidate who is eager to build a career in operations, logistics, and office administration. In this role, you will support our daily business operations by coordinating import-related documentation, maintaining inventory records, preparing shipping documents, and assisting with general office administration. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, willing to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and maintain import- and shipping-related documentation. Monitor and update inventory records, including inventory counts after containers arrive at the warehouse and as products are shipped. Prepare shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels. Coordinate domestic and international shipments with freight carriers and logistics providers. Maintain accurate records of payments, shipping, and inventory transactions. Assist with data entry and maintain organized business records. Support general office administration and other operational projects as assigned. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong written, verbal communication and teamwork skills. Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to learn. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in office administration, logistics, import/export coordination, inventory management, or customer service is a plus but not required. Experience with QuickBooks, ERP systems, or inventory management software is a plus. Familiarity with shipping documentation or import/export processes is a plus. Chinese language skills (speaking, reading, and/or writing) are a plus. Local candidates based in the Tukwila, WA area are preferred.
