process, driving demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and business planning through data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain statistical demand forecasts using historical trends, seasonality, and market intelligence. Lead the demand planning portion of the monthly
S&OP/IBP
process. Monitor and improve forecast accuracy (MAPE) and forecast bias through KPI reporting and root cause analysis. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning to build consensus demand plans. Support new product launches, product lifecycle planning, and inventory optimization initiatives. Drive continuous improvement of forecasting processes, planning systems, and data quality. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. 3-6 years of demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics experience. Experience with
S&OP/IBP
processes and statistical forecasting methodologies. Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems. Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with demand planning software such as Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Logility, o9, E2open, John Galt, or similar. Experience with Power BI or Tableau. Background in consumer goods, manufacturing, distribution, or CPG environments. APICS CPIM or IBF Certified Professional Forecaster (CPF) certification (or in progress).
