2+ years experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, manufacturing or supply chain is required Strong data entry skills and experience Must be comfortable working with numbers, math and dimensions Word and Excel skills required, ERP software experience is huge plus Comfortable with on-the-job training Work very well in a very fast paced environment with constant deadlines Accurate, detailed and strong organization skills Excellent communication skills and positive attitude

Responsibilities:

Will be assisting with various processes for the Sales Department. Process order reports Schedule and coordinate carriers and shipments Prepare and process shipping documents Read and interpret pick tickets and customer orders Understand how orders are organized into cartons, pallets, and skids Calculate shipment dimensions, gross weight, and net weight Prepare paperwork for foreign orders and updates Process Certificate of Compliance documents following agreements Process customer changes in the system as needed Communicate with internal and external customers Maintain open order files Back up invoicing If you are interested, apply online at www.flexstaff.com or send your resume to clerical@flexstaff.com .
