Kohler, Wisconsin job type: Contract salary: $20 - 25 per hour work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments across Truckload, Intermodal, and LTL modes with distribution centers, planning teams, and carriers.

Utilize customer Transportation Management Systems (TMS) portals to identify root causes, resolve network gaps, and onboard new customer pickup freight models.

Identify, anticipate, and communicate operational constraints to internal stakeholders and external carriers to resolve daily tactical and customer service issues.

Manage local carrier relationships and site-level adherence to published routing guides while tracking issues and providing performance feedback to leadership.

Execute complex transportation assignments, adapting to dynamic network and demand changes to support overall business unit objectives.

qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent applicable professional experience. Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience beyond college in supply chain or logistics operations. Strong SAP proficiency along with advanced MS Excel and MS Office computer skills.
