Manufacturing Planner Analyst Colony Brands Inc. vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k) United States, Wisconsin, Monroe 1112 7th Ave (Show on map) Sep 16, 2026 Manufacturing Planner Analyst Monroe Wisconsin Job Description This role ensures efficient material flow through the production cycle, manages manufacturing schedules, and supports cross-functional teams to meet customer service, inventory, and cost objectives. You'll also be responsible for:

  • Develop and maintain production schedules using ERP systems to meet customer demand, inventory goals, and corporate objectives.
  • Coordinate with operations, purchasing, and cross-functional teams to resolve material shortages, scheduling conflicts, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels, including excess inventory, and implement strategies for cost containment and efficiency improvements. Qualifications We need an individual who has the ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess a high school education and five years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain management.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
