About the Role As a Logistics Operations Specialist, you will serve as a vital link in our supply chain, ensuring that products are handled with precision and efficiency. You will play a key role in optimizing inventory flow and meeting delivery targets, directly contributing to the seamless operation of our distribution network. Responsibilities Execute daily pick lists and stage shipments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Manage warehouse inventory systems by performing precise computer transactions to maintain real-time visibility. Operate stand-up forklifts to safely transport, organize, and store goods throughout the facility. Complete essential shipping and receiving documentation, including waste logs and handling manifests, to maintain compliance. Conduct routine safety inspections of equipment and workspaces to uphold a high standard of operational excellence. Streamline material movement processes to enhance overall warehouse productivity and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum of 3-6 months of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment. Proficiency in operating material handling equipment, specifically stand-up forklifts. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage inventory documentation accurately. Preferred Skills Prior experience working within a food manufacturing or regulated production facility. Familiarity with warehouse management software and digital dispatch systems. Demonstrated ability to follow complex standard operating procedures (SOPs) in a fast-paced setting.
