Job Description

Summary:
Immediate temp to hire opportunity for an experienced Warehouse and Logistics Specialist. In this role you'll be responsible for supporting the efficient flow of materials and products through receiving, inventory management, warehouse operations, and domestic and international shipping activities. This role ensures accurate processing of customer orders, returns, inventory transactions, and shipping documentation while maintaining compliance with company procedures and export requirements. The position works closely with Production, Purchasing, and Quality teams to support manufacturing schedules, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

Responsibilities:
Clean, refurbish, package, and prepare customer return shipments for domestic and international destinations. Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately using FedEx, UPS, and other shipping platforms. Schedule and coordinate parcel and LTL freight pickups to ensure on-time shipment dispatch. Receive inbound purchase orders in the ERP system and reconcile quantity or documentation discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of packing materials, inbound receipts, outbound shipments, and inventory transactions. Maintain organized warehouse inventory and support cycle counts and physical inventory audits. Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, and Quality departments to ensure efficient material flow and support manufacturing schedules.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping & receiving, warehouse operations, inventory control, and international shipping activities. Experience using FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, or similar carrier shipping platforms. Familiarity with ERP systems and business applications, including RAP, Salesforce, or comparable tools. Effective communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across departments. #indpb
