As Sales Content Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind our online presence and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Community Engagement:
Content Creation & Scheduling:
Develop and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos) for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and other relevant platforms, tailored to our customer base.
Community Management:
Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews, fostering positive interactions and building relationships with our online community.
Trend Analysis & Content Curation:
Research industry trends, relevant articles, and resources to curate valuable content that sparks conversations and enhances customer engagement.
Growth & Optimization:
Implement strategies to grow our social media following and increase engagement, leveraging analytics to track performance and refine tactics.
Online Reputation Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date business listings on Google, Yelp, and other relevant platforms, ensuring a positive online presence.
Website & E-commerce Management:
Inventory Management:
Capture and upload high-quality photos and videos of major unit inventory to our website and e-commerce platforms (Craigslist, CycleTrader, ATVTrader, etc.), ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Website Maintenance & Updates:
Regularly update website content, including events, news, and promotional materials, on our website.
Visual Asset Creation:
Design and create visually appealing graphics and assets for website banners, promotional materials, and social media campaigns.
Digital Asset Organization:
Organize and maintain a digital asset library (photos, videos, graphics) using Dropbox or our designated cloud storage.
SEO Optimization:
Implement basic SEO strategies to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Digital Marketing Collaboration:
Participate in digital marketing meetings with internal teams and external partners, contributing ideas and insights.
Performance Reporting:
Track and analyze social media and website analytics, providing regular reports on performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing. Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva). Demonstrated ability to create compelling visual and written content for online platforms. Strong understanding of mainstream social media platforms and online review sites. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and creatively, with strong problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong work ethic and a passion for delivering high-quality results. High school diploma or equivalent required.
Pay:
$19.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
