Job Description QRG is seeking a reliable and organized Material Coordinator to join our team in Sun Prairie. This is an elevated role responsible for coordinating the movement of materials between QRG, vendors, and clients while supporting warehouse and kitting operations. The Material Coordinator will use NetSuite ERP to create/build Work Orders, fulfill Sales Orders, and Receive and Monitor Inventory. NetSuite experience or ERP/WMS experience is preferred, but not required. QRG is growing, and this role can serve as a pathway into broader operations roles for individuals who demonstrate reliability and strong performance. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, proficiency with computer programs and/or ERP, a clean driving record, customer service skills, a positive attitude, eagerness to deliver success, and a commitment to QRG's core values: reliability, professionalism, perseverance, caring, and doing the right thing. Key Responsibilities Operate a QRG-owned vehicle to deliver and stock finished goods to client locations daily Assist in inventory management at client sites and internally Operate NetSuite ERP for inventory and raw good management Pick up materials and finished goods from local vendors as needed Coordinate with Account Executives and Account Managers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and business need changes Maintain an organized delivery and pickup schedule Provide professional, customer-focused service during all client and vendor interactions Support kitting and warehouse operations as needed Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Previous delivery or driving experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Clear communication and strong customer service skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and schedules Working Conditions Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Daily local driving required Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly Use of pallet jacks and standard warehouse equipment Typical Work Day Start the day by loading materials and preparing your delivery route Make local stops to pick up finished goods from vendors Deliver materials to client locations Assist with moving and organizing product at client sites as needed (30-60 minutes per stop depending on volume) Return to the warehouse midday to unload and support kitting or warehouse operations Occasionally, complete additional deliveries Quality Resource Group is an equal opportunity employer.
